癌症患者住院化疗期间负担感的调查研究

Self-perceived burden in cancer patients with chemotherapy

目的了解癌症患者住院化疗期间负担感的水平及其影响因素。方法采用本土化的自我感受负担问卷(Self-Perceived Burden Scale,SPBS)和自编患者一般情况问卷,对108例确诊癌症住院化疗患者进行调查。结果癌症患者住院化疗期间SPB得分为(90.00±12.20)分,重度SPB为45例(41.67%);中度SPB为33例(30.56%),轻度SPB为30例(27.78%)。不同职业状况、学历水平、是否手术、化疗次数、主要照顾者和照顾者健康状况的患者SPB得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我感受负担是癌症患者化疗期间普遍存在的负担体验,受到多种因素的综合影响,护理人员应采取针对性护理措施,减轻患者SPB体验。

Objective To investigate the level and related factors of self-perceived burden （SPB） in cancer patient during chemotherapy. Methods Totally 108 cancer patients with chemotherapy were investigated using a self- designed demographic questionnaire and Self-Perceived Burden Scale（SPBS）. Results The total score of SPBS was （90.00±12.20）,which was at moderate-to-high level,and 41.67% ,30.56% ,27.78% of the patients showed high, moderate and low level of SPB, respectively. The patients＇ occupation, educational level, operation, chemotherapy times,relations with primary caregivers and health status of caregivers were related factors of SPB（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cancer patients with chemotherapy suffer from moderate self-perceived burden,which is influenced by multiple factors. Nurses should take proper measures to relieve patients＇ self-perceived burden.
