According to the current carrying and operating standards for laboratory of mobile medical teams, the following problems exist under field conditions： outmodedness or vacancy of equipments, uselessness or redundancy of reagents, shortage of necessary suppliues, lack of computers and relevant softwares, insufficiency of ablity to identify micreorganisms. The authors suggest that equipments and reagents fit for point-of-care testing be provided. The instruments should be tiny, dry, integrated, portable, and adverse environment resisting with calibrating funtion, internally installed printer, data memory, and universally used supplies, and are easy to maintain.
