“8.03”鲁甸地震第一周医疗救援

Experience of medical relief mission in the first week after the ＂8.03＂Ludian earthquake

在云南鲁甸县“8.03”地震发生后，昆医附一院医疗队第一时间赶赴一线灾区，建立村级医疗救护点开展救援工作。在灾后第一周医疗队面临交通阻断、伤员多、分布散、救援补给不足、现场相对混乱、医疗资源稀缺、环境卫生恶劣等困难，通过结合汶川抗震救灾经验，科学合理的安排救援流程，灾后第一周在一线村级医疗点圆满完成了医疗救援、健康教育、下乡巡诊、基层医务人员培训环境卫生改善等救灾任务，并由此确立了灾后第一周的医疗救援流程。

A medical rescue team was immediately dispatched from the hospital to Ludian, Yunnan, where a 6.5 magnitude earthquake took place on August 3, 2014. Its rescue mission was rolling out in a situation which the team faced various challenges, such as traffic obstacle, casualties scattered in a broad area, insufficient medical supplies, chaotic spots and bad hygienic conditions. As a result of medical experience obtained from Wenchuan earthquake, the team rationally arranged the rescue procedure in the first week, and completed the rescue tasks, conducted health education as well as a village’s level of medical visit. A“first week of medical rescue procedures”was created.
