两种化学发光检测系统测定CA125的结果比对分析

摘要 目的:对 Cobase E601和 Maglumi 2000 plus 两种化学发光检测系统测定糖类抗原125(CA125)结果的可比性和相关性进行评价。方法取北京军区总医院2013年12月住院和门诊含高、中、低3个水平的80例患者双份血清,使用上述两种检测系统平行测定血清中的CA125浓度,对两组数据进行中位数和异常率的比较,并对相关性进行分析。结果两种检测系统CA125的检测结果的中位数比较结果无统计学差异(P 〉0.05);两种检测系统CA125的检测结果呈高度正相关(r=0.957,P<0.01);两种检测系统的CA125阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P 〉0.05)。结论两种检测系统对CA125的检测结果基本一致,具有较高的检测一致性和可比性,可在临床上使用。 Objective To assess the comparability and consistency of Cobase E601 and Maglumi 2000 plus chemiluminescence detection systems in detecting carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) . Methods 80 double portions of fasting venous blood samples were collected from 80 patients already known with high, meddle, or low CA125 levels. Serum samples were obtained by centrofugation and underwent detection of the CA125 levels by Cobase E601 and Maglumi 2000 plus chemiluminescence detection systems respectively. Ithe results thus obtained were caompaired. Results There was no significant difference in the median result of CA125 between these 2 kinds of CA125 detection systems (P〉0.05), anf there was a high positive correlation in the results of CA125 between these 2 systems (r=0.957, P 〈0.01). The CA125 positive rate of the Cobase E601 system was 47.5% (37/80), not significantly different from that of the Maglumi 2000 plus system (46.2%, 37/80,) (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The detection results of CA125 by these 2 systems are basically the same. With high detection consistency and comparability, both are worth applying clinically.
