康复新液含服在治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎中的临床作用

The clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin sublingual in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children

目的：探讨康复新液在治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎中的临床作用。方法：选取2014年2~11月于我院儿科就诊的急性扁桃体炎患儿90例,随机均分为试验组和对照组,对照组接受抗生素治疗,试验组在接受抗生素治疗的基础上配合康复新液含服;比较两组的治疗时间和临床疗效。结果：试验组治疗有效率、咽痛缓解情况均优于对照组,咽痛和发热缓解时间、治疗时长均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：抗生素加用康复新液含服可以有效治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎,促进临床症状和体征缓解,加快疾病痊愈。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Kangfuxin sublingual in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children.Methods：90 cases of acute tonsillitis children were collected, randomly divided into text group and observation group, the observation group received antibiotics, and the text group received antibiotics and Kangfuxin sublingual, duration of treatment and clinical outcomes were compared. Results：Treatment efficiency and sore throat remission in test group were better than the control group, sore throat and fever relief time, treatment length were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Antibiotic with Kangfuxin sublingual can be effectively treated children with acute tonsillitis, promote remission of clinical symptoms and signs, speed up the disease cured.
