安普贴薄膜治疗肢体烧伤疗效观察

Algoplaque film used for observing the curative effect for treatment of limb burn

目的:观察安普贴薄膜治疗肢体烧伤的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊收治的轻度肢体烧伤患者86例,分为实验组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采取常规消毒处理后予京万红软膏纱布覆盖创面,实验组采用常规消毒处理后创面覆盖安普贴薄膜,对比两组治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗期间并发症发生率为4.6%,对照组治疗期间并发症发生率为13.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗显效23例,有效17例,治疗总有效率为93.02%;对照组治疗显效18例,有效15例,治疗总有效率为76.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安普贴薄膜治疗肢体烧伤的效果明显优于传统治疗方法,且治疗方法简单,经济性好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of treatment of limb burn Algoplaque film. Method： 86 cases of patients with mild limb burn were selected in the clinic of our hospital, the computer randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group adopted conventional disinfection to Jingwanhong ointment gauze to cover the wound, the experimental group was treated with conventional disinfection after wound coverage Algoplaque film, compared two groups of patients the effect. Results： The complication rate of the experimental group was 4.6% during the treatment, 13.8% in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; experimental treatment group 23 cases markedly effective, effective in 17 cases, the total effective rate was 93.02%; the control group treatment markedly 18 cases, effective in 15 cases, the total effective rate was 76.74% two groups of patients;the total effective rate was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of limb burn Algoplaque film is obviously superior to the traditional methods of treatment, and the treatment method is simple, the economy is good, it is worthy of clinical application.
