氯吡格雷和阿司匹林对心肌梗死的临床疗效比较

Clinical curative effect comparison of clopidogrel and aspirin for myocardial infarction

目的:探讨阿司匹林+氯吡格雷和单用阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:将收治的100例心肌梗死患者按住院编号顺序随机分为对照组50例和治疗组50例,治疗组给予阿司匹林+氯吡格雷、单硝酸异山梨酯、阿托伐他汀等联合治疗,对照组给予阿司匹林、单硝酸异山梨酯、阿托伐他汀等联合治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组的疗效比较、临床心血管反应差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林+氯吡格雷联合治疗心肌梗死的临床疗效较单用阿司匹林组具有显著的优越性。

Objective ：To discuss clinical curative effect comparison of aspirin ＋ clopidogrel and aspirin alone for the therapy of myocardial infarction. Method： 100 cases of myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases according to the number order in hospital. The treatment group was given in combination therapy of aspirin ＋ clopidogrel, isosorbide mononitrate, atorvastatin and so on; and the control group was given in combination therapy of aspirin, isosorbide mononitrate, atorvastatin and so on. Results：Its were statistically significant with the curative effect comparison of treatment group and control group, clinical cardiovascular reactions （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Clinical curative effect of in combination with aspirin and clopidogrel treatment group has significant advantages in comparision of aspirin group.
