自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合除风益损汤加减治疗翼状胬肉的临床研究

目的：探讨研究除风益损汤加减联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植对翼状胬肉治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1月~2014年1月在我院手术的翼状胬肉患者,按入院日期单、双日分为治疗组和对照组,对照组应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后给予常规处理,治疗组在对照组基础上口服除风益损汤加减,术后均随访12~24个月,观察创面修复时间及术后3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月的复发情况。结果：治疗组创面修复时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）,稳定性及复发率控制方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合除风益损汤加减治疗翼状胬肉可缩短创面愈合时间,降低复发率。
