综合护理干预减轻妇科腹部手术后腹胀的效果观察

The effect observation of comprehensive nursing intervention on reducing abdominal distension for gynecological patients after abdominal operation

目的探讨综合护理干预对减轻妇科手术后腹胀的临床效果。方法以我院收治的92例妇科开腹手术患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各46例,观察2组术后肛门排气、腹胀发生情况。结果干预组平均术后下床活动时间(14.2±2.7)h,肛门排气时间(24.4±3.2)h,均明显短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预组术后腹胀发生率21.7%(10/46),明显低于对照组(56.5%,26/46),发生腹胀患者的腹胀严重程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妇科开腹手术患者实施综合护理干预措施,能有效降低腹胀发生率以及腹胀程度,利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on reducing abdominal distension for gynecological patients after abdominal operation. Methods Taking 92 cases of gynecological patients after abdominal open surgery in the hospital as the research object,randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 46 cases respectively, give different nursing intervention, and anal exhaust,abdominal distension occurred in two groups were observed. Results In the intervention group,the average postoperative ambulation time （14.2 4- 2.7h） and anal exhaust time （24.4 ＋ 3.2h） were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.001）.The incidence of abdominal distension in intervention group was 21.7% （10/46）,which was significantly lower than the control group （56.5% ,26/46）, and severe degree of abdominal distention was lower than that of the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For gynecological patients after open surgery,comprehensive nursing intervention measures on prevent abdominal distension can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of abdominal distention, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients after surgery.
