摘要
针对等壁厚螺旋管零件提出一种增量锻造成形方法,由于零件内外轮廓特殊,其成形模设计是成形工艺的关键。以单导程500 mm,厚度8 mm的螺旋管为例,通过转化三维问题为平面二维几何问题,对其增量成形模结构进行数学分析与公式推导,计算出能使工件顺利脱模的单块模具最大中心角,并从轴向截面和纵向截面对模具型腔进行设计。试验表明,使用该模具成形的等壁厚螺旋管效果良好。
An incremental forming method was proposed for forging an even-thickness of he- lical tube.The die design is the key technology due to the specialinternal and external pro- file of tube. Taking a helical tube with thickness of 8 mm and pitch length of 500 nun as an example, mathematical analysis and formula derivation were made on the die structure by converting 3D problem to 2D, and the largest central angle of die was obtained, the die cavity was also designed in axial cross section and longitudinal crosssection. The experi- ment verified the helical tube was formed well.
