摘要
通过分析管座、管壳的结构特点,将2副连续拉深模和1道攻螺纹工序,改为1副连续拉深套料带自动攻螺纹的多工位级进模,使冲压与攻螺纹集为一体,实现了多工位级进模的自动化生产。介绍了拉深件的工艺计算、排样设计及模具结构特点,解决了拉深件与攻螺纹工序整合在一起的难题。实践证明,模具结构可靠,成形的制件质量合格,稳定性好,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
It changed two continuous drawing dies and one tapping process to one multi-po- sition progressive die based on the analysis of the header and tube structure characteris- tics, and realized the integration of stamping and tapping process, also the automatically production. The process calculation of drawing parts, layout design and die structure charac- teristics were presented.
