为了准确和全面地对网络舆情热点进行评估,提出一套网络舆情热点评估指标体系。利用层次分析法及定性定量相结合的评估技术对网络舆情热点进行综合评估。根据评估值确定预警等级,实现相应的预警操作。结合实例说明该指标体系及评估方法的合理性与可行性。

In order to evaluate the network public opinion hotspot accurately and comprehensively, proposes a set of network public opinion hot spot evaluation index system. Based on analytic hierarchy process and a combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment techniques, evaluates network public opinion hot spots comprehensively. Determines the warning level to achieve the appropriate early warning operations according to the evaluation value. Examples show the index system and evaluation method is reasonable and feasible.
