摘要
汽车安全气囊测试系统是一套在常温环境下对汽车安全气囊点火试验、数据采集及分析的测试系统。为满足高性能火工品点火电流上升速率(1A/us)的要求,采用DSP和FPGA设计点火控制器进行实时控制,该系统具有同时完成6通道模拟信号(压力、应变、电流、电压等)高速采集及数据分析的功能,从而满足系统高速多通道采集和快速点火的要求。
Test system for automotive airbags based on DSP and FPGA is a set of complete ignition at room temperature environment for data acquisition and analysis test of automobile safety airbag. The system has the ignition control and at the same time to complete 6 channels ana- log signals (pressure, current, and voltage acquisition and data analysis functions). Due to the rising rate ignition current requirements in IA/us, so the ignition controller uses DSP and FPGA to real-time control, so as to meet the real-time requirements.
