胆道镜引导下钬激光治疗Vater壶腹结石嵌顿的应用价值

The clinical value of choledochoscope assisted Holmium laser lithotripsy for Vater's ampulla incarcerated calculus

目的探讨胆道镜引导下钬激光治疗Vater壶腹结石嵌顿的应用价值。方法回顾性分析比较采取传统手术治疗方法(31例)和胆道镜引导下钬激光治疗方法(25例)治疗Vater壶腹结石嵌顿患者的取石时间和感染并发症。结果两组患者均成功取石,钬激光治疗组的取石时间和感染并发症明显低于传统手术组。结论胆道镜引导下钬激光治疗能有效治疗Vater壶腹结石嵌顿。

[ Objective ] To explore the clinical value of eholedochoscope assisted holmium laser lithotripsy for Vater＇s ampulla incarcerated calculus. [Methods ] 56 cases of patients with Vater＇s ampulla incarcerated calculus underwent open operation were analyzed retrospectively and the time of stone removal and infectious complications were assessed： 31 of them received traditional surgery and the remaining 25 received holmium laser lithotripsy guided by choledochoscope. [Results ] Both groups of patients had successfully removed the calculus, the time of stone removal and infectious complications in the group of holmium laser lithotripsy was significantly lower than in the traditional surgery group. [Conclusion] Choledochoscope assisted holmium laser lithotripsy is an effective advisable therapy for Vater＇s ampulla incarcerated calculus.
