100例开放性手外伤的早期处理效果分析

EFFICACY OF EARLY TREATMENT IN 100 PATIENT WITH OPEN HAND INJURY

目的分析并探讨开放性手外伤的早期处理临床效果。方法随机选取我院接受早期治疗的开放性手外伤患者100例,在患者入院后及时的进行早期处理,观察患者治疗前后TAM评价及皮肤感觉分级。结果治疗后手部TAM优良率明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前手部皮肤感觉分级1级17例,2级33例,3级26例,4级13例,5级11例。治疗后手部皮肤感觉分级明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对开放性手外伤患者及时的进行早期处理对于手部功能恢复至关重要,临床上值得推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss clinical effect of early treatment with open hand injury. Methods To select 100 cases of patients with open hand injury accepted early treatment in our hospital, to carry out early treatment timely for patients admitted to hospital, to observe TAM evaluation and skin feel grading of patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment, excellent and good rate of TAM with hand were obviously higher than before treatment, differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Hand skin feel grading were 17 cases with grade 1, 33 cases with grade 2, 26 cases with grade 3, 13 cases with grade 4, 11 cases with grade 5 before treatment. Hand skin feel grading were significantly increased, differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out early treatment for patients with open hand injury is essential for recovery of hand function, it is worthy of promotion in clinical.
