附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用研究

APPLICATION OF ATTACHED GINGIVA RECONSTRUCTION WITH IMPLANT IN THE REPAIR OF THE ORAL CAVITY

目的探讨附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月到2014年4月在我院进行口腔修复且附着龈缺乏的患者共38例,对患者使用改良根向复位瓣术进行附着龈重建治疗,患者术后1个月进行烤瓷冠修复,半年后进行复诊。比较患者在术前、术后的有效角化黏膜宽度和重建效果。结果术后的有效角化牙龈宽度平均值明显高于术前。半年后,口腔卫生良好,所有植体均保持稳定不松动,改良菌斑指数较低,各项牙周指标相对良好。结论临床上在口腔种植修复时使用附着龈重建能有效改善患者治疗效果,提高预后质量,获得非常理想的治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To study the attached gingiva to rebuild the application result in dental implant prosthesis.Methods April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital for dental restorations and lack of attached gingiva,a total of 38 cases of patients,for patients with improved root to reset disc attached gingiva reconstruction treatment,patients with postoperative 1 month of PFM crown repair,after half a year to visit.More patients in the preoperative and postoperative width and the effective Angle of mucosa reconstruction effect.Results Postoperative effective width is significantly higher than average preoperative cornification gums.After six months,good oral hygiene,all implant stability is not loose,improved plaque index is low,the periodontal indexes relatively good.Conclusion Clinically used in dental implant prosthesis attached gingiva reconstruction can effectively improve patient treatment effect,improve the quality of prognosis,obtain ideal therapeutic effect,is worth promoting in clinic.
