Pavement Construction Machinery's Cabin Design Based on Ergonomics

根据人机工程学理论，以改善驾驶员工作的舒适度、保证施工安全为目的，探讨路面机械驾驶室的空间设计和外观颜色。研究结果表明，路面机械驾驶室的最小空间尺寸长度为1500mm，宽度为920mm，高度为1800mm，控制台长度为600mm，宽度为400mm，高度为650mm，座椅尺寸高度调节范围为330～530mm，驾驶室的颜色为黄色与红色配合或取其中之一。

According to the ergonomics theory, this paper has a discussion about the cabin＇ s space design and exterior color of the pavement construction machinery with the purpose of improving the driver＇ s comfort, and ensuring the construction safety. The paper shows that the cabin space＇ s minimum size is 1 500 mm long, 920 mm wide, 1 800 mm high; the console＇ s length is 600 mm, the width is 400 mm, and the height is 650 mm ; the seat＇ s height adjustment rang is 330 ~ 530 mm ; and the cabin＇ s color is the blending of yellow and red or one of them.
