国家文化产业安全的法律思考——以文化产业对外开放为视角

Legal Consideration of National Cultural Industry Security

经济全球化不仅带来世界范围内经济上的合作与竞争,也促进了各国各民族的文化交流与融合,文化产业作为新的社会经济增长点,其安全性日益受到重视。尤其是在对外开放的背景下,如何保护国家文化产业安全不受侵害成为重要问题。本文通过分析文化产业的性质、对外开放对文化产业的影响和现有法律规范的方式,提出保护我国文化产业安全的合理建议。

Economic globalization has not only brought worldwide cooperation and competition in economic area, but also promoted cultural communication and integration by each country and each nation. National cultural industry security has been given more attention as it becomes new economic growth. It becomes a significant issue that how to protect national cultural industry security from infringement, especially in the context of opening-up. This paper is conducted to put forward some reasonable proposals to protect national cultural industry security by varieties of ways.
