热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病45例

Curative Effects of Reduning Injection on 45 Cases of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease in Children

目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。方法:将手足口病患者90例随机分成两组,观察组(45例)给予热毒宁注射剂0.5ml/kg治疗;对照组(45例)给予利巴韦林注射液治疗。第4天比较两组患儿退热时间、住院时间及疱疹消退时间。结果:观察组发热、疱疹消退时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的77.8%(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病效果确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection on hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:Totally 90 child patients with HFMD from the Central Hospital of Jingzhou were randomly assigned to the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The observation group had been treated with the Reduning injection 0.5ml/kg daily,while the control group had been treated with the Ribavirin injection.In the fourth day the fever time,the hospitalization time and the rash regression time were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group with shorter fever time and regression time.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 77.8% and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Reduning injection in the treatment of HFMD in infants can achieve a better clinical effect and is worth using in clinic.
