溃疡性结肠炎中医分型与细胞因子相关性的临床研究

Clinical study of the relationship between ulcerative colitis Traditional Chinese Medicine type and cytokine

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎的中医诊断分型与细胞因子是否具有关联性。方法:将入选案例分为5组,检查患者确诊后第二日血清IL-8、TNF、IL-10和IL-4的含量,疾病活动指数(DAI)、电子结肠镜下镜像变化情况。结果:不同的中医症型在血清IL-8、TNF、IL-10和IL-4的含量,疾病活动指数(DAI)、电子结肠镜下镜像变化等方面具有一定的差异性。结论:溃疡性结肠炎的中医诊断分型与细胞因子之间具有一定的关联性。

Objective： To investigate the possible relevance between ulcerative colitis Traditional Chinese Medicine type and cytokine. Methods：The selected cases were divided into 5 groups, check patients diagnosed after second days of serum IL-8, TNF, IL-IO and IL-4 content, disease activity index （DAI）,mirror changes electronic colonoscopy. Results： Serum IL-8,TNF, IL-10 and IL-4 content,disease activity index （DAI） , mirror changes electronic colonoscopy has significantly different in different TCM Syndrome Types. Conclusion： There is correlation between ulcerative colitis Traditional Chinese Medicine type and cytokines.
