平糖通痹颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并血管病变的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of Pingtang Tongbi Granule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with vascular lesions

目的:观察平糖通痹颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并血管病变患者的临床疗效。方法:将70例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,2组均给予基础降糖、降脂、抗血小板聚集治疗,治疗组加服平糖通痹颗粒。治疗1个疗程(3个月)后,观察患者治疗前后血糖、中医症状积分和颈动脉内膜中层厚度和粥样斑块面积。结果:治疗组有效率显著高于对照组;治疗后2组中医症状积分均降低,治疗组明显好于对照组;治疗后2组血糖参数均有所降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组;治疗组IMT值和粥样斑块面积较治疗前显著降低,且明显优于对照组。结论:平糖通痹颗粒可有效改善T2DM患者临床症状,降低血糖参数,减少中医症状积分,降低IMT值和粥样斑块面积,安全有效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Pingtang Tongbi Granule patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus and vascular lesions. Method： 70 cases with type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and both groups were given basic hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, anti-platelet therapy. In addition to the basic therapy, TCM group（the treat- ment group） were added with Tangping Tongbi Granule. After 1 course of treatment, patients were observed before and after treatment about blood glucose of TCM symptom score, carotid intima-media thickness and atheromatous plaque area. Results： The total effective rate in TCM group was significantly higher than that of the control group, after the treatment, the two groups of TCM symptom score were decreased and TCM group was significantly better than the control group, after the treatment, parameters on blood glucose of the two groups was decreased, and TCM group was significantly lower than the control group ;TCM significantly reduced the IMT value and atheromatous plaque area and significantly better than the control group,（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Pingtang Tongbi Granule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of T2 DM patients, decrease blood glucose parameters, reduce the symptoms integral, the value of IMT and atheromatous plaque area, It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical use.
