中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效观察

Clinical effect of integrative medicine for treatment of systematic lupus erythematosus

目的:探讨中西医结合在治疗系统性红斑狼疮中的临床疗效。方法:对43例患者进行分组,分别采用西医治疗和中西医结合治疗,对比不同方法对系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组的有效率为90.91%,西医治疗组的有效率为66.67%,之间具有差异性,说明有统计学意义,有可比性。结论:中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮,能够有效的改善患者病情,并降低患者的不良反应发生率。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of integrative medicine for treatment of systematic lupus erythematosus（SLE）. Methods：43 cases of SLE were divided into western medicine treatment group and integrative medi- cine treatment group and then compared the curative effect on SLE. Results： The total effective rate of integrative medicine treatment group was 90.91% which was significantly better than 66.67% in western medicine treatment group. Conclusion： Integrative medicine for treatment provided significant improvement in symptom and reduced the incidence of adverse re- action.
