针灸治疗妇产科尿潴留54例临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture therapy on 54 cases with female uroschesis

目的:观察针灸治疗妇产科尿潴留的疗效。方法:将我院妇产科108例尿潴留患者依据治疗方式不同将其分为治疗组和对照组,各54例,治疗组采用疗法,对照组采用常规疗法,比较2者有效率。结果:治疗组有效率为98.15%,对照组有效率为92.59%,治疗组尿潴留患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗妇产科尿潴留患者临床症状改善明显,疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment on obstetrics and gynecology urinary retention. Methods：108 cases with uroschesis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment method. Results： The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 98.15% which was significantly higher than 92.59% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical symptoms was remark- ably improved after acupuncture treatment. So it＇ s worth to popularize.
