磁振热配合整脊推拿治疗62例腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Combination Therapy of Magnetic Resonance Thermal and the Whole Spinal Massage on 62 Vases with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察磁振热配合整脊推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组以磁振热配合整脊推拿法治疗,对照组采用单纯的整脊推拿法,每周6次,2周为1个疗程。使用JOA评分对治疗前后症状改善进行评价。结果:2组治疗后JOA评分比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:磁振热配合整脊推拿法治疗能够有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者JOA评分。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the combination therapy of magnetic resonance thermal and the whole spinal massage on the lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 62 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 31 cases in each group. The combination therapy of magnetic reso- nance thermal and the whole spinal massage was done in the treatment group. Meanwhile the whole spinal massage was used in the control group. Two weeks was determined as a treatment period and six times in each week. We evaluated the symptoms according to JOA score around the treatment. Results： The JOA score of the treatment was obviously higher than the control group. Conclusion： The combination therapy of magnetic resonance thermal and the whole spinal massage treat- ment can improved the JOA score of the patients with the lumbar disc herniation.
