旱作农业区湿地生态旅游发展模式与对策——以皖北为例

On the Patterns and Countermeasures of Wetland Ecotourism Development in Rain-fed Agricultural Region——A Case from the North of Anhui Province

发展湿地生态旅游被认为是旅游业实现可持续发展的重要途径之一。皖北湿地生态资源丰富,但湿地生态旅游发展滞后。如何实现湿地保护利用及旱作农业、产业转型与生态旅游发展的协调是值得探讨的问题。通过对皖北湿地资源普查和实地考察,在分析皖北湿地生态旅游发展的资源条件与现状基础上,提出了皖北湿地生态旅游发展应遵循的原则、可供利用的发展模式和应采取的发展对策。

The development of wetland ecotourism is considered to be one of the important ways to realize the sustainable development of tourism.The wetland resources are abundant in the north of Anhui prov-ince,but the wetland ecotourism development lags behind.It is worth exploring how to realize the coor-dination of wetland protection and utilization,rain-fed agriculture,industry transformation and the de-velopment of ecotourism.This paper analyzes the resource conditions and present situation of the wet-land tourism development with the wetland resources census and the on-the-spot investigation,and the principle,patterns and countermeasures of the wetland ecotourism development are put forward with a case from the north of Anhui province.
