摘要
为实时、有效地评价高速公路交通状态,根据道路交通参数与道路交通状态的关系,选取高速公路的平均行程速度、空间占有率评价指标,建立了基于变异系数权重的高速公路交通状态模糊评判模型。该模型利用指标分级标准数值的变异系数确定指标的权重,运用加权平均法将模型的输出结果最终化为具体的数值。实例分析说明,模型是可行且有效的,从而为高速公路交通状态的实时判别提供了理论基础。
In order to evaluation real-time highway traffic state effectively, according to the relationship between traffic flow parameters and road traffic running state, the average travel speed and occupancy of road section were selected as the evaluation indexes. A model for highway traffic state recognition was designed based on the variation coefficient and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. The index weights were decided by the variation coefficient of evaluated indexes’ grading standard vaues. Eventually, the weighted average method was adopted to translate the model outputs into concrete values. Through an example, the feasibility and rationality of this model were tested, so, the theoretical basis was provided for real-time identification of highway traffic state.
