摘要
选择通辽地区种植的22个红干椒品种,测定其干物质含量、Vc含量、红色素含量,从品质性状方面进行对比研究,通过隶属函数值进行综合评价。结果表明,适合在通辽地区主栽的红干椒品种为:‘千金王’、‘鲁红6号’、‘北星5号’、‘蒙椒4号’、‘韩椒1219’。
Twenty-two hot peppers were selected to recognize the high quality varieties in Tongliao area. The contents of dry matters, Vc and red pigment were tested. The results show that, ‘Qian jin wang’, ‘Lu hong 6’, ‘Beixing 5’, ‘Mengjiao 4’, ‘Hanjiao 1219’ are the suitable cultivars in Tongliao areas.
