摘要
我国目前模具精加工仍以传统加工工艺为主,不仅加工周期长、生产率低、质量也不稳定,和发达国家相比仍存在较大差距,制约了我国模具制造工业的发展。为此本文分析了模具精加工工艺及影响因素,论述了模具精加工工艺改进的主要方法,展望了模具发展的前景。
In China, mold finishing is mainly based on traditionalcraft, which has long processing cycle, low productivity, and unstablequality. There is still a wide gap between our country and developedcountries. So this paper analyzes the factors that affect the die finishingprocess, discusses the main methods of mold finishing processimprovement, and looks into the future of mold development.
