摘要
在滚齿加工中,根据工件内孔为锥孔的特点,设计了由可浮动式的锥面为主要定位面的滚齿夹具。此夹具采用了合理的结构,在加工过程中锥面和端面共同定位,消除了工件内孔与锥度心轴之间的间隙,避免了过定位,有效地控制了工件的径节和径向跳动。通过调节螺栓可以调节锥面压力的大小,增大弹力可以有效降低压盖压力,保障了工件表面的光洁度。通过实验,齿轮满足了精度要求,达到了预期的目的。
In hohbing macilining, aecording to the workpiece innerhole of the conical hole features, a flnating c(me is designed as themain location surface fixtures for gear hnhhing nmehine. This fixtureadopted a reasonable structure. During processing, cone and the endco-loeated, eliminating the gap between the inner hole of the workpieceand the taper mandrel and avoiding over-positioning, which caneffectively control the workpiece diameter section and radial runout. Thecone pressure can be adjusted through adjusting holt. Increasing theelasticity can effectively reduce the gland pressure and ensure theworkpiece surface fineness. Thruugh the experiment, the gear cansatisfy precision requirement, and aehieve the expected nhjective.
