对于现代造船业,焊接技术已成为核心技术,焊接的质量对船舶质量影响巨大。近年来随着科技日新月异,船舶焊接技术也不断优化,如何控制焊接中的常见缺陷,已成为目前造船业最重要的研究课题。文章中对船舶焊接中的常见缺陷做了分析和研究,结合理论和实践一一剖析了缺陷形成的原因,并提出了一些防治措施。

Welding teehnology has been the core technology furmodern shipbuilding industry. The quality of welding has a significantinfluence on shipbuilding. In recent years with the development ofscience and technology change rapidly, the technology of ship weldingalso optimize constantly. How to control the common defects of weldinghas been the most important researching tnlfie of shipbuilding industryat present. In this article there is some research and analysis for thecommon defects in ship welding. In addition we try to find the reasonsof those common defects, and intreduee some prevention seheme.
