摘要
改革开放以来,伴随着我国经济飞速增长的脚步,我国在基础教育、医疗卫生、社会保障等基本公共服务的财政支出也逐渐增长,同时也带来了一系列的问题。根据1978—2013年历年来我国的财政收支数据比对以及我国基本公共服务供给不同地区间与城乡间的差距,外部比例与内部比例结合剖析我国基本公共服务供给中存在的问题,然后提出相关思考。
