经济不平衡增长条件下的减贫效应和分配效应研究——以陕西省为例

摘要 减少贫困作为重要的经济、社会问题,是长期以来发展中国家力图实现的重要目标。在对贫困问题的分析范式中,不断注重不同发展水平下如何减少贫困,以及在分配制度的影响下减少贫困的可能性和持续性。以陕西省关中、陕南、陕北为例探讨减贫效应和分配效应。
