我国突发传染病事件中的科研合作与对策浅探

The Cooperation and Countermeasures Research in SARS

本文通过突发公共卫生事件,结合重大传染病事件,分析我国科研合作状况及存在的问题,如科研资源封闭、信息难以共享,缺乏应急科研管理等,阐述了对突发公共卫生事件科研合作的相关对策,促进突发公共卫生事件科研工作的发展。

Based on the scientific collaboration of SARS research, and combined with many infectious events, this paper analyzes the research cooperation situation and problems of the SARS period, such as the closed scientific research resources, the difficult information sharing, the lack of emergency management in scientific research,this paper describes the relevant scientific cooperation on public health emergencies measures to promote the development of public health emergencies research work.
