The employment of college students is the most concerned topic currently and the contradiction between ideal and reality of employment is prominent. This paper aims to strengthen college students＇ ideological and political education about employment and to guide students to know themselves and social reality correctly,which can help to solve the contradiction between employment ideal and reality.
