美国医学院校职业道德教育研究:历史、模式及启示

The Enlightenment of Medical Students' Occupational Moral Education in USA

本文通过借鉴美国医学职业道德教育模式,在入学选拔制度、课程设置模式、奖励、考核、评价和继续教育机制几个方面的有效经验,对照我国医学研究生的职业道德教育中存在的缺失,结合我国实际情况,从入学机制、课程改革、奖惩制度等方面提出针对我国医学研究生职业道德教育的启示。

In this paper, through the reference mode of American medical occupational moral education and the effective experience from the enrollment system, curriculum model, incentives, assessment, evaluation and continuing education mechanism, this paper pointed out the deficiencies in our occupation moral education and put forward some suggestions from the entrance mechanism, curriculum reform, reward and punishment for our medical postgraduate professionalism education.
