宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗输卵管性不孕症的效果观察

Effect observation of tubal intubation hydrotubation under hysteroscopy treating oviduct infertility

目的：探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗输卵管性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年2月-2013年8月收治的125例输卵管性不孕症患者，根据随机数字表法将患者分为A组（n=60）和B组（n=65）。 A组采用常规通液法治疗，B组采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗。比较两组治疗前后的输卵管通畅率、术后1年妊娠率及异位妊娠率。结果两组治疗前的输卵管通畅率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），治疗后，两组的输卵管通畅率均明显升高，且B组升高较A组更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；术后随访1年，B组的妊娠率明显高于A组，妊娠时间也明显短于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），但两组的异位妊娠率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗输卵管性不孕症的效果较佳，可明显提高输卵管通畅率和术后1年妊娠率，缩短妊娠时间，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tubal intubation hydrotubation under hysteroscopy treating oviduct infertility. Methods 125 patients with oviduct infertility treated in our hospital from February 2011 to August 2013 were selected,and they were randomly divided into group A （n=60） and group B （n=65）.Group A was treated with conventional liquid method,while group B was treated withtubal intubation hydrotubation under hysteroscopy.The tubal patency rate before and after treatment,pregnancyrate rate after 1 year operation and ectopic pregnancy rate between two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical difference of tubal patency rate before treatment between two groups （P〉0.05）,and the tubal patency rate after treatment of two groups were significantly increased,and group B increased more significantly than that group A,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）;patients were followed-up for 1 year,pregnancy rate in group B was obviously higher than that in group A,pregnancy time was also significantly shorter than that in group A,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）,but ectopic pregnancy rates between two groups was compared with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of tubal intubation hydrotubation under hysteroscopy treating oviduct infertility is better,and it can improve the tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate af-ter 1 year operation,shorten the pregnancy time and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
