辛芩颗粒联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的近期效果

Recent effect of Xinqin granule combined with looratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的：探讨辛芩颗粒联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的近期效果。方法选取2012年4月-2014年4月在本院接受治疗的80例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予辛芩颗粒治疗，以4周为1个疗程，观察两组的治疗效果，同时于停药4周后，比较两组的复发情况。结果治疗2个疗程后，观察组的总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。停药1个疗程后，观察组的复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为5.0%，显著低于对照组的22.5%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论辛芩颗粒联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著，能够降低不良反应发生率，短期内有效防止鼻炎复发，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the recent effect of Xinqin granule combined with looratadine in the treatment of al-lergic rhinitis. Methods 80 patients with allergic rhinitis from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with loratadine,the observation group was treated with Xinqin granule on the basis of the control group.Each course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect in two groups was observed,and the rate of recurrence in two groups was compared after 4 week drug discontinuance. Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 72.5% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Drug discontinuance after one course of treatment,the rate of recurrence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than 22.5%in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Xinqin granule combined with looratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant,which can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reac-tion,and effectively prevent recurrence in a short-term,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
