上海既有住宅区适老化改造意愿和需求分析

Senior Residents' Wishes and demand in Elderly-adaptive Rehabilitation of Existing Residential Area in Shanghai

随着中国城市人口老龄化程度的不断加深,城市建成居住环境适老化程度偏低的矛盾日益凸显。基于2012年针对上海市里弄、公房和商品房3大类既有住宅区进行的适老化更新改造居民访谈与调查,汇总、分析了各类既有住宅区老年居民对适老化改造的总体意愿和具体需求,旨在为城市更新与建设过程中提高老年人的居住生活质量提供建议。

It has been a prominent dilemma that the living environment in existing residential area could not meet the increasing aging population’s needs. This paper makes efforts on finding out the general wishes and specific demand of senior residents in elderly-adaptive rehabilitation, and aims at providing practical advice and guidance on aging-friendly improvement during the upcoming urban renewal. Al data presented in this paper came from an investigationin 2012 on senior residents in the three major types of existing residential areas in Shanghai, which are Lilong, public housing district, and commodity housing block.
