Compatibility and clinical application of alanyl-glutamine(Ala-Gln) beyond the instruction

丙氨酰谷氨酰胺可用于肠外营养,为患者补充谷氨酰胺。本文综述了丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的配伍及临床应用,尤其是一些超说明书的用法,介绍其与含复方氨基酸或多种微量元素的输液、氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖注射液或脂肪乳等载体的配伍使用情况,为其在临床上的安全和合理应用提供参考。

Alanyl glutamine （Ala-Gln） can be used in the parenteral nutrition to supplement glutamine for patients. In this article, the compatibility and clinical application were introduced for Ala-Gin with different infusions, including injections containing compound amino acids or trace elements, sodium chloride, glucose injectionsor fat emulsions. These contents can provide the reference for safe and rational application of Ala-Gln.
