摘要
研究了热镀锌双相钢的应变硬化特性,以及微观组织形态、锌层结构、拉伸条件等因素对应变硬化特性的影响。结果表明,典型的热镀锌双相钢拉伸曲线具有明显的阶段性。随着双相钢中马氏体含量的增加,材料的应变硬化指数快速下降;应变硬化指数与屈服强度呈现明显的负线性相关关系;合金化后的应变硬化指数有所降低,不同的拉伸速率、拉伸方向对应变硬化指数影响不显著。
Strain hardening characteristic of hot-dip galvanized dual-phase (DP) steel and effect of microstructure, coat constitution and tensile conditions on strain hardening characteristic were studied. The results showed that the typical stress-strain curve of DP steel indicated two obviously different stages. With the increasing of martensite volume fraction, strain hardening exponent descended quickly. Negative linear correction relationship was found between strain hardening exponent and yield strength. Strain hardening exponent of DP steel descended after being alloyed. In addition, effect of rate and direction of extension on strain hardening exponent was not obviously.
