激光熔覆牌坊修复技术在八钢热轧立辊轧机中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 八钢热轧投产多年后立辊轧机运行状态难以控制,产品质量大大下降,分析原因是立辊轧机牌坊腐蚀严重,影响轧制精度及设备使用寿命。检测粗轧机立辊牌坊的精度,并依据检测数据确定主要修复内容,结合常用牌坊修复方法的特点,分析比较选取了激光熔覆的方法。根据现场实际情况,制定了一套可行的修复方案,对立辊轧机牌坊进行在线修复,保证了轧机恢复至设计尺寸。持续跟踪半年,牌坊使用效果良好,证明通过激光熔覆的方法进行的牌坊本体表面修复有效、耐磨,具有较高的可行性。 The hot rolling factory of Bayi Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. have run several years, product quality is greatly reduced, it is the main reasons that the vertical roll mill housing is severely corroded, which impact the product precision and service life of equipment. Through detection the precision of vertical roll housing, and according to inspection data, identified the contents of major repair. Combined with characteristics of housing repair methods, analysis and comparison, laser cladding method is selected. According to the actual situation, developed a set of fixes that is feasible online repair, the goal is to ensure that the vertical roll miU recovery to design dimensions. Continuous observation for half a year, the vertical roll mill running effect is normal, it was proved that laser cladding housing surface repair effectively, good wear resistance and high feasibility.
