Cause and management of sheet steel product izai defects

异材对用户满意度产生严重影响,大幅度降低了产品品牌美誉度。没有异材是一种产品的基本质量要求。通过运用FMEA工具,研究了钢厂薄板生产过程中异材的不同潜在失效模式与失效后果,以及产生的原因与对策措施。常见的失效后果包括:合同要求、标签内容、产品实物之间存在不一致。防止异材的发生通常采取两方面措施:针对异材产生的预防措施和针对异材流出的防流出措施。同时,结合生产实践管理,提出行之有效的防异材管理办法也是很有必要的。

Izai defects seriously impact on customer satisfaction, and reduce product brand reputation. No izai defect is the basic quality requirements. Using of FMEA tools, different potential failure mode and effects, failure causes and improvement measures in the sheet steel production process were studied. Potential failure effects include the difference between the requirements of the contract, the content of the label and product characteristics are inconsistencies. In order to prevent the occurrence of izai defects, two aspects measure were adopoted： to prevent the izai defects from occurring and outflowing. At the same time, according to the production practice management, it is necessary to put forward the effective management measures.
