随着北京奥运场馆和各地体育中心的大规模兴建,关于体育场馆运营设计问题的讨论日渐升温。本文通过回顾奥林匹克公园网球中心赛时、赛后设计和改建的工作实践,对其运营设计的出发点及思路进行了梳理、总结,以期为建筑师进行相关设计实践提供参考。

Along with the large-scale construction of Beijing Olympic venues and the sports centers in various cities, the discussion about sports venues＇ operation design is growing. Based on the practice experience of the game-time design, the post-game design and the reconstruction design of the National Tennis Centre in the Olympic Park, this article combs and summarizes the starting point and the train of thought of its operation design in order to provide to architects the reference, of the related design practice.
