资本视角下新生代农民工的市民化影响因素分析

Analysis of the Factors that Affect the Urbanization of the New-Generation Rural Migrant Workers from Capitalistic Perspective

本文分别通过对新生代农民工人力资本、社会资本、物质资本、政治资本与市民化程度关系的探讨,以及对可干预型资本、自我建设型资本与新生代农民工市民化程度关系的研究,指出"资本"是影响新生代农民工市民化程度的重要因素,资本建设将大力推进新生代农民工的市民化,因而农民工社会政策应当由权益保障范式向资本建设范式转变。

This paper discussed the relationship between the human,social,material and political capital of new-generation rural migrant workers and the level of their urbanization,as well as the relationship between their interventional capitals,self construction capital and the degree of their urbanization.The paper has concluded that capital is an important factor that affects the level of the urbanization of the new-generation rural migrant worker and the capital construction can greatly promote their urbanization.Therefore,the social policy on new-generation rural migrant workers should move from the protection of right and benefit towards capital construction mode.
