摘要
从视频画面尺寸、视频格式和视频比特率等方面进行分析实验,确定各个因素的配置,保证三网融合下教育视频资源传输的质量。
From the video screen size,and video bit rate video format analysis experiment,determine the con-figuration of the various factors,guarantee the education under the triple play video transmission quality of re-sources.
