分化抗原簇蛋白133在乙型肝炎病毒相关肝脏良恶性病变中的表达及其与HBx蛋白的关系 被引量:5

摘要 分化抗原簇蛋白133(CD133),又名Prominin-1、AC133,是近年发现的肝癌干细胞标志物[1].目前虽有大量文献显示,CD133在肝癌组织中高表达且与肝癌患者预后密切相关,但是其在肝癌发生前的表达状况及其在肝癌中高表达的原因尚不清楚[1-2].
