摘要
热消融作为一种有效治疗肿瘤的方法已广泛应用于临床,它是利用热能使肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死从而达到杀伤肿瘤的作用,术中及术后准确评估热消融范围是降低复发率、减少正常组织损伤的前提。超声影像是目前评价组织热消融范围最常用的方法,本文就其评价组织热消融范围的具体方法和存在的主要问题等进行综述。
Thermal ablation,as one of promising technique for tumor therapy with inducing the target tissue occurred coagulative necrosis,has been widely used in clinic.It is essential to evaluate the range of thermal ablated lesions effectively during or after the thermal therapy to reduce complication occurence.Ultrasonography has been the most widely used method for the assessment on thermal therpy. In this paper, methods of ultrasound imaging for thermal assessment,and some major issues found in ultrasound imaging application will be reviewed.
