社区医院超声医师人才培养现状调查及继续教育探讨

A survey and analysis of continuing education on community ultrasound physician team

目的分析社区医院超声专业医师继续教育培训前后的考核情况,探讨如何通过继续教育提高社区医院超声医师队伍的专业素养。方法以在我校参加专业提高班培训的社区医院超声医师为样本,对其培训前后的考核结果进行回顾分析。结果社区医院超声医师各考核指标合格率由培训前的76.9%~96.2%增至培训后的96.2%~100%,除报告书写项目外各考核指标合格率均有提高（P〈0.05）。继续教育的主要需求集中在定期加强理论培训（42/52,80.8%）、加强操作规范化培训（37/52,71.2%）及加强报告书写规范培训（22/52,42.3%）。结论目前社区超声医师的专业水平有待提高,培训重点在于提高基础理论、规范基本操作、健全继续教育机构及加强师资投入。

Objective To summarize the continuing education of ultrasound physician in community medical center,and to discuss how to improve the professional level of community physician team. Methods The community ultrasound physicians who were taking training course in our university were enrolled in this study, and the assessment results were compared before and after training. Results The percent of pass rate yield from 76.9% to 96.2% before training were improved to 96.2%~100% after training. The indicators of professional knowledge exams and practical tests were modified except reports writing（P〈0.05）.The requirements of continuing education concentrate on promotion of basic theory（42/52,80.8%）, operating practice（37/52,71.2%）and reports writing（22/52,42.3%）. Conclusion The professional levels of community ultrasound physicians are needed to be promoted. And we should focus on improving their basic theoretical level, standardizing the scan procedure, also strengthening the educational services and teaching force.
