摘要
随着航空发动机的发展,低压涡轮工作叶片向着更细、更薄、更长的方向发展,尺寸方面由传统的只检测型面轮廓度发展为检测型面轮廓度、扭转及位置度等方面。为了适应新的叶型检测要求,设计制造一种新型结构测具,实现了同时在测具上检测无余量精铸叶片叶型轮廓度、扭转及位置度。解决了无余量精铸叶片无法在测具上同时检测位置度、轮廓度及扭转的问题。
With development of aerospace engine,low pressure turbine blade was developed to tendency with more slender,thinner and longer.The detection for blade size was developed from only blade profile to profile degree,torsion and position degree.To meet new detecting requirement for blade profile,a new structural detecting tool was designed,which could realize the detection of profile degree,torsion and position degree.
