消失模涂料使用性能的测试与分析

摘要 采用激光粒度仪、流变测试仪、常温接触角测量仪和高温接触角测量仪对水基消失模涂料耐火骨料粒度分级及其所对应的体积密度、涂料的粘度和应力同剪切速率之间的对应关系、涂料在EPS模型表面一次浸涂过程中常温接触角的变化曲线和涂料在干态涂料层壳体表面二次浸涂过程中的常温接触角、HT200铁水在0.011Pa真空度条件下对干态涂料层壳体的高温接触角进行了测试和分析;运用扫描电镜和能谱仪,对金属液浇注前后涂料层的微观形貌和成分组成的变化进行了比对性观察和分析。 By means of laser particle analyzer、rheological characteristic measurement instrument、room temperature & normal pressure contact angle instrument and high temperature contact angle instrument,some properties of the water base EPC coating for ZL101 Aand HT200castings were measured,such as refractory aggregate gradation and the corresponding volume density,the corresponding relationship between coating viscosity and stress with shear rate,the variation curve of the normal contact angle that the first dip process of the coating on EPS model surface and the normal contact angle which the second dip process of the coating on dry coating shell surface,the high temperature contact angle of liquid HT200 on dry coating layer shell at 0.011 Pa.By use of spectrum measurement instrument and scanning electron microscope,the changes of micro morphology and elements composition of coating before and after pouring were observed and analyzed comparatively.
